Apple Wallet Terms
Issuer
This card is issued by Onboard in partnership with Rain. Adding the card to Apple Wallet does not change your existing cardholder agreement.
Usage
By provisioning this card to Apple Wallet, you agree to use it only for lawful transactions where Apple Pay is accepted.
Security
You are responsible for maintaining security of your device and Apple ID. Transactions authorized using Face ID, Touch ID, or device passcode are deemed authorized by you.
Fees & Limits
Standard fees, transaction limits, and charges as outlined in your Cardholder Agreement continue to apply when using Apple Wallet. Apple does not charge additional fees.
Data & Privacy
Apple may collect certain information related to provisioning and usage per its Apple Pay Terms of Service. The issuer may also collect and use data consistent with its Privacy Policy at onboard.xyz/privacy-policy.
Liability
You must notify Onboard immediately if your device is lost or you suspect unauthorized use. Liability is governed by your Cardholder Agreement.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Apple Wallet access at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with applicable law.
Google Wallet Terms
Issuer
This card is issued by Onboard in partnership with Rain. Adding the card to Google Wallet does not alter your Cardholder Agreement.
Usage
By adding this card to Google Wallet, you agree to use it only for legitimate transactions at merchants that accept Google Pay.
Security
You are responsible for protecting your device, Google Account, and screen lock credentials. Transactions authorized through device security methods are deemed authorized by you.
Fees & Limits
Standard card fees, charges, and limits continue to apply. Google does not impose additional charges for Wallet usage.
Data & Privacy
Google may collect and process information about your Wallet usage per its Google Payments Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. The issuer may also process data under its own Privacy Policy at onboard.xyz/privacy-policy.
Liability
You must contact Onboard immediately in case of unauthorized use, suspected fraud, or a lost/stolen device. Liability follows your Cardholder Agreement.
Termination
We may suspend or remove your card from Google Wallet at any time, in accordance with applicable laws and agreements.
